Jean-Marc Hardy, a native from the Pays de Loire, birthplace of Sancerre, gifted region between Brittany and Normandy, famous for natural food from both the sea and the land.

Noticed for his respect of the authenticity of local products, for the originality of the flavors combinations of his recipes and the quality of the design of his presentation, he began a journey through Michelin star rated restaurants, in Paris then across Europe.
